These Terms govern the contractual relationship between Samui Lion Services and users who request personalized assistance, accommodation, transportation, or exclusive packages in Koh Samui, Thailand.
3. SERVICES OFFERED
Samui Lion Services offers:
- Personalized assistance throughout the stay.
- Villa rentals tailored to client needs.
- Private transportation services (with or without driver).
- Private chef services (hourly, daily or full-stay).
- Nanny and premium catering services.
- Organization of private tours and activities (yoga, Muay Thai, Thai cooking).
- Long-stay expatriate services: school enrollment assistance, housing search, etc.
- Special packages such as: “Discover Samui”, “Family Retreat”, “Luxury Lifestyle”, and “Expat Samui”.
All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, local logistics, and may be adjusted upon consultation.
4. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
- Bookings can be made via email, website form, or WhatsApp.
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% (or more) may be required to confirm a booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid according to the instructions provided at the time of booking.
- Prices are shown in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.
- All quotes are personalized and provided without obligation.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
- Cancellation conditions vary depending on the service and will be specified when booking.
- Generally, cancellations made more than 30 days in advance may be eligible for partial refunds.
- Cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice may result in full deposit loss.
- Modifications are subject to availability and may affect the total price.
6. LIABILITY
Samui Lion Services acts as an intermediary between the client and trusted local providers (villas, transport, chefs, etc.).
We are not liable for:
- Accidents, losses, delays or damages caused by third parties.
- Itinerary changes due to force majeure (weather, closures, strikes, etc.).
- Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
We are not responsible for decisions made by the client before, during, or after the service.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website (text, images, logos, design, code, etc.) is owned by Samui Lion Services or used with permission. Any reproduction or distribution is prohibited without express written consent.
8. DATA PROTECTION
Personal information provided by clients is handled confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service.
9. USE OF THE WEBSITE
Users agree to use the website lawfully and not to engage in actions that may damage its functionality, security, or content.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
